The Cascada BIO-water System is fed with partially purified water. It produces extremely high ultrapure water for life science applications, suitable for all molecular, pharmaceutical, and microbiological applications.

Total organic carbon (TOC) provides a good indication of the overall levels of organic contaminants in purified water. The Cascada BIO-water System produces water with TOC levels well within its specification of < 3 ppb.

A Cascada BIO-water System was fed with RO permeate water with a conductivity of 25 µS/cm and a TOC of 50 ppb C. The unit was operated intermittently and product water dispensed to simulate typical use patterns. TOC was logged online using an Anatel A100.
