Mini Kleenpak Filter Capsules

Mini Kleenpak™ capsules are compact filters used in the laboratory for volumes of 2 L to 50 L in process development, and in pilot and manufacturing scale operations if processing requirements do not demand a large filter. These are the smallest capsule filters in the UpScale _SM program range to utilize a pleated membrane, and are excellent for modeling filter performance at large (production) scale.

Kleenpak™ capsules are rugged and compact filter capsules available with a broad range of filter media and in four different sized formats designed for a variety of small-to-large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing applications, with volumes of 30 L to 1000 L.

Kleenpak Nova Filter Capsules

Pall’s range of Kleenpak™ Nova capsules is designed for use in medium-to-large scale production environments (100 L > 1000 L), often selected by the end user following scaling studies using smaller Kleenpak™ capsule formats. With the 'AB' style cartridge format at its core, this capsule filter style can be supplied with the most comprehensive range of filter media.

Novasip Filter Capsules

Novasip™ capsules are the first and only single-use filter capsules that can be sterilized by in-line steaming. This robust filter capsule is an ideal low-maintenance alternative to a stainless steel filter cartridge and housing assembly for integration into an Steam-In-Place (SIP) system in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments (volumes of 30 L to 500 L).

Acro 50 Vent Filters with Emflon® II Membrane 

Acro 50 vent filters are designed for use in air/gas and vent applications utilizing proprietary, low pressure-drop, hydrophobic polyvinylidenedifluoride (PVDF) Emflon® II membrane. The filters are stable to gamma-irradiation up to 50 kGy, and are therefore ideally suited to single-use applications where venting of biocontainers is a requirement.
