The IonKleen™ AQF purifier assures high removal of trace metal ions as well as particles. It has been specifically designed for critical final cleaning processes in semiconductor manufacturing. By utilizing ion exchange groups covalently bonded to a high area polyethylene membrane, the IonKleen AQF purifier provides spontaneous and immediate metal removal. This purifier/filter can be supplied pre-wetted with ultrapure water (Note: option code is required.).  The purifier is available in standard filter configurations, including capsules.
