Pall-Aquasafe^™ Shower Water Filter

The Pall-Aquasafe Shower Water Filter has been validated using Legionella pneumophila¹ and is designed to remove Legionella spp. from hospital water supplies. The filter contains a 0.2 µm Supor^® membrane incorporating prefiltration which can be used routinely at temperatures of up to 60°C, while withstanding a maximum temperature of 70°C for a total cumulative period of 30 minutes over the life of the filter.¹

The filter is capable of delivering high volume throughput over an extended period of time and is therefore a cost effective way of providing patient protection against Legionella spp. within the hospital water supply.
