Ion-Exchange Chromatography Sorbents

Pall provides a complete range of ion exchange chromatography sorbents that answer protein capture, purification and polishing challenges.

NEW Q and S HyperCel™ Sorbents
Q and S HyperCel sorbents represent the latest generation of PALL industry-scalable ion exchangers designed for high productivity capture and intermediate separation steps. Based on the robust and chemically-stable HyperCel base matrix, these ion exchangers offer different selectivities and salt sensitivity for protein elution, and have outstanding dynamic binding capacities at short residence times (1 or 2 minutes). Also available in PRC Prepacked Q and S HyperCel Columns for fast selectivity screening. 

Q, S, DEAE and CM Ceramic HyperD® F Sorbents
Ceramic HyperD® 'gel-in-a-shell' sorbents are rigid, non-compressible sorbents with excellent pressure/flow characteristics that operate two to five times faster than conventional soft gels, and significantly increase the speed and throughput of ion-exchange chromatography steps. Also available in PRC Prepacked Q and CM Ceramic HyperD® F Columns for fast selectivity screening.

Mixed-Mode Chromatography Sorbents

Mixed-mode or multi-mode chromatography exploits different ligand-protein interaction mechanisms and provide new selectivitites  for protein separations, different from ion- exchange or hydrophobic interaction chromatography. The Pall® mixed-mode sorbent family includes MEP HyperCel™, HEA HyperCel™ and PPA HyperCel™ sorbents, based on robust synthetic ligands immobilized on an industry-scalable matrix. They provide innovative selectivities for protein purification. Based on an industry-scalable robust matrix, MEP, HEA and PPA HyperCel sorbents can be used from laboratory to production scale columns, and are available in convenient, prepacked PRC columns for selectivity screening.  

MEP HyperCel™ Chromatography Sorbent
MEP HyperCel™ sorbent is immunoglobulin-selective and can be applied for capture or intermediate purification of monoclonal antibodies.

HEA HyperCel™ and PPA HyperCel™ Chromatography Sorbents
HEA and PPA HyperCel sorbents are novel industry-scalable chromatography sorbents designed for protein capture and impurity removal in a biopharmaceutical environment. Also available in PRC Prepacked MEP, HEA and PPA HyperCel™ Columns for fast selectivity screening. PRC prepacked columns have a sorbent volume of 1 mL, are ready and easy-to-use and guarantee optimal and consistent performance.

Composed of a highly-hydrophilic copolymer, designed for medium-pressure gel filtration chromatography. It is ideal for desalting and for the separation of small molecules.

Ultrogel® AcA Size Exclusion Chromatography Sorbents
