The Supor® filter series of products are made from polyethersulfone (PES) membrane. Several product grades feature the machV technology with its asymmetric pore structure for higher flow rates and increased throughput. There are several grades available:

Supor® Filters Grade EAV
- Hydrophilic, highly asymmetric polyethersulfone (PES) membrane ensures high microbial and particulate reduction with outstanding service life
- Bacterial titer reduction in excess of 6 log ensures low bioburden levels in filtrate regardless of bacterial loading
- Broad pH compatibility for processing a wide range of buffers and other fluids
- High area AB-style cartridges and Kleenpak™ Nova capsules feature Pall-patented Ultipleat® construction combined with a narrow diameter core guarantees high flow rates, increased robustness and smaller multicartridge assemblies
- Low binding polyethersulfone membrane for maximum transmission of proteins

Supor® Filters Grade EKV
Supor® EKV filters are validated, sterilizing-grade membranes for the most cost-effective filtration of a wide range of liquids such as buffers tissue, culture media, and others.
The incorporated PES membrane demonstrates very high compatibility over the whole pH range plus very low protein binding to ensure the maximum transmission of active ingredients. The patented Ultipleat® filter technology, combined with the optimized, built-in asymmetric prefilter for higher flow rates and throughput, allows very compact sizing for easy integration into single-use systems.

Supor® Filters Grade EBV
Supor® EBV polyethersulfone (PES) membrane cartridges are validated, 0.2 micron sterilizing-grade filters with a unique combination of Ultipleat™ filter construction and built-in prefiltration to give longer filter life and lower filtration costs.
These filters are suitable for sterile filtration of a wide range of fluids including buffers, biological fluids, tissue culture media, ophthalmic products and many others.
The low protein and preservative binding of the Supor® polyethersulfone membrane also ensures maximum transmission of active ingredients.
