MRO Process

  1. Contact aerospace@pall.com
  2. Contact will be made with customer for initial quotation and level of repair required. Any inquiries for non listed parts, arrangements will be made for the customer to have the unit sent for evaluation and a quotation
  3. The responsible MRO site will provide a quotation to the customer. Upon agreement by customer, the unit will be sent to the responsible MRO site for repair (if unit has not previously been sent for evaluation)
