Services

Installation and Qualification

Pall's systems for bioprocess applications are supported with full documentation to recognized and applicable standards. Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) standard packages have been developed by us to meet requirements for customer qualification programs. We can accomodate special requirements by agreement. Experienced process specialists are also on hand to assist customers for qualification and start up, included in the package or by separate agreement.

Service Packages

Beyond initial installation, we have a range of service packages tailored according to the type of system and the type of operation. These may reduce the risk of downtime by planned maintenance or facilititate plant flexibility and utilization by enhanced access to our engineering resources.

Long-Term Maintenance

Globally we are set up to provide a fast turn around to critical occurrences and a reliable timescale for corrective actions. Our sales organizations are set up to provide rapid spares and services wherever they are needed.

Training

Besides training in system operation we also can offer courses which can be customized. These may consist of a wide range covering general process principles to more specific areas such as chromatography column packing.

Process Optimization or Troubleshooting

Pall is differentiated from other systems providers by its high level of process expertise. We are very happy to engage with our customers and provide service on any process application issue, for example where it may extend beyond the original system.

Pall’s Advanced Separations Systems (PASS) group is our world class organization leading the integration of Pall® technologies into biopharmaceutical facilities. PASS develops bioprocess solutions to fit your process, your facility and your economic needs, not ours. Our PASS group has a large multi-disciplinary team of engineers with valuable, in-depth knowledge of bioprocess applications, GMP manufacturing, validation and biopharmaceutical documentation needs. Our engineers are located globally, close to our clients.
