Polish Wine Filtration

The purpose of polish filtration is to prepare the wine for bottling filtration. Polish filtration allows for colloidal and haze removal and provides process efficiency by protecting the later filtration stages.

For a vintage or stable wine, this filtration can also serve as the final filtration prior to packaging.
