How do I know if the products I buy will include Pall Preferred Rewards coupons?
Each Pall Life Sciences laboratory product was carefully considered for inclusion in this program. Generally, all laboratory products include Pall Preferred Rewards coupons with the following exceptions: hardware and replacement parts, stainless steel TFF products and related cassettes, Pallflex® products, air monitoring cassettes, Fluorotrans® membranes.
How do I redeem points?
To redeem Pall Preferred Rewards points, you must register to become a Pall Preferred member. Once a member, follow the links on the main Pall Preferred welcome page to enter your Pall Preferred Rewards points, browse the online rewards catalog for your country, and redeem for rewards.
Why do I have to register to access the Pall Preferred web site?
By registering for Pall Preferred, you allow Pall to track your activities within the Pall Preferred site, thus enabling us to reward you for your participation in the program. The contact profile makes it easier for Pall to send you information of interest (and avoid information that doesn't pertain to your applications). Finally, if you request, Pall will send a monthly email statement that tracks your reward point balances, provides reward expiration notices, and offers application-specific promotions.
Why do I have to enter my own Rewards points?
The Pall Preferred program gives you complete control over the timing of your redemption and fulfillment processes. You only need to provide your contact and shipping information once, when you register. Points can be entered online immediately and banked for future redemption. There is no need to save up or collect points in a desk drawer where they might get torn, lost, or expire. You simply enter points online when you receive the product, then throw the coupon away. Points stay active in our database until the expiration date is reached. When you are ready to redeem points, simply go online, use the shopping cart feature to select items, and proceed to checkout. Benefits include:
- You always know how many points you have collected, how many points you have redeemed, and how many points you have available.
- Orders are transmitted and processed daily.
- You can check on order status at any time to see if your order is pending, received, or shipped.
- The monthly Pall Preferred email statement will notify you when you have points about to expire. (Make sure you opt-in to receive the monthly email statement. This can be done on the Member Profile page.)
I don’t want to be bombarded with emails. How can I make sure you won’t start “spamming” me?
I have a dispute about my Performance Points or Pall Preferred Rewards points balance. Who do I contact?
Members worldwide may contact the Pall Preferred coordinator in the USA:
Tel: 800.521.1520 (USA and Canada) or 734.665.0651
Can I redeem old Frequent Filter points coupons in this program?
No. All Frequent Filter points expired December 31, 2002.
Can I use Performance Points to redeem for rewards?
No. Performance Points are not directly redeemable for Pall Preferred Rewards. Performance Points are accumulated in a separate point bank. However, Performance Points can earn members a status of silver or gold, and silver and gold members receive bonus points when they participate in the Pall Preferred Rewards program.
On the Registration Form, you ask for my Birthday and Work Anniversary Date. Why?
We ask for the month and date (not year!) of your birthday and work anniversary so that we can send you an email greeting on your special day. We also automatically add 10 Performance Points to your account on each of these days. If you do not wish to receive an email greeting or earn Performance Points, simply leave these fields blank.
Is there an annual fee for membership?
No. Anyone can register to access the Pall Preferred web site. Only customers who purchase or use Pall Life Sciences laboratory products and live in participating countries can participate in the Pall Preferred Rewards program.
My company doesn’t allow me to participate in manufacturer’s rewards programs.
Pall Preferred Rewards are not valid where prohibited by law or institutional policy. However, the Pall Preferred web site offers many interesting and fun benefits that are not part of the points-for-purchase Rewards program such as fun downloads and scientific challenges.
I found something in the online Rewards program that I really like, but I don’t have enough points yet. Can I buy an item with cash?
No. Items in the Pall Preferred Rewards Program are available only by redeeming Pall Preferred Rewards points and cannot be purchased with cash.
Do Pall Preferred Rewards points expire?
Yes. Rewards points expire 18 months from the date of the product manufacture. Points expire on the last day of the month printed on the coupon. (For example, coupons that expire “2010-01” expire on January 31, 2010.)
On the Registration Form, why is there a place for a main address and a shipping address?
Customers who participate in the Pall Preferred Rewards program may desire to provide a separate address for rewards shipments. The shipping address must be within the same country as indicated in the contact information. It is critical that the shipping address entered is safe and accurate. (P.O. boxes are not allowed.) We do not overpack items (meaning, an item may be shipped in a box with the name and picture of the enclosed item clearly identified). Once a shipment is delivered to the customer-provided shipping address location, Pall is released from all responsibility for that shipment. As an added safety measure, signatures are required for some of the more expensive reward items. For rewards that require a signature for delivery, a special note is included in the online rewards catalog description.
Which number do I enter as the Pall Preferred Rewards number?
The Rewards number is printed on the front of the Pall Preferred Rewards coupon. The entire 11-digit number must be entered. It is not necessary to enter the dashes.
How do I know if Pall received my Pall Preferred Rewards order? How do I know if Pall shipped my Pall Preferred Rewards order?
From the Pall Preferred welcome page, click on the link to View history and order status.
How long will it take to receive my reward items?
Our new online ordering system allows us to process orders very quickly. In the USA, all items are shipped via UPS standard ground service. Some orders may be received as quickly as 1 week, but please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Performance Points and Rewards Points - What's the Difference?
The Pall Preferred program features two separate points systems: Performance Points and Rewards Points.
Pall Preferred members worldwide are eligible to earn Performance Points. Performance Points are earned by participating in activities related to the Pall Preferred program (you do not need to purchase Pall Life Sciences products to be a Pall Preferred member and earn Performance Points). The number of Performance Points a member has determines member status (active, silver, or gold). Members with a status of silver or gold can earn additional benefits through Pall Preferred (see details below).
Rewards Points are earned by purchasing Pall Life Sciences laboratory products. Most of our laboratory products include special Rewards Points coupons. Rewards Points can be accumulated and redeemed online for exciting rewards offered through this web site. The Pall Preferred Rewards program and Rewards Points are valid only in participating countries. Performance Points are not transferrable to Rewards Points. Employees of Pall Corporation, VWRI and any Pall distributor, and their families, are not eligible to participate in the Pall Preferred Rewards program. For more information about Rewards Points and a list of participating countries, click here.

Earn Performance Points and Increase Your Member Benefits
Any Pall Preferred member worldwide can earn Performance Points by participating in member activities such as logging on to the Pall Preferred web site, participating in online surveys and product promotions, and visiting us at trade shows. Click here to see a list of current Performance Points activities.
Earning Performance Points allows you to increase your member status to Silver (100 Performance Points) or Gold (200 Performance points). Here is a summary of member benefits at each level.
|Level||# Performance Points Required||Benefits|
|Silver*||100||All member benefits, plus:
|Gold*||200||All member benefits, plus:
*Accumulate 100 or 200 Performance Points within your membership year (starting on the date you first registered for the program) and you will automatically be upgraded to Silver or Gold status. You will receive an email confirmation of your status upgrade.
Annual Performance Point Reset
Your Performance Points total will be reset to “0” every year on your annual membership anniversary date (the date you first registered for the program). You will maintain your Silver or Gold status if you earned 100 Performance Points (for Silver) or 200 Performance Points (for Gold) within the previous 12 months. If you earn enough Performance Points to maintain your status, your status will remain in effect for the upcoming 12 months until it is reset again on your next membership anniversary date. If you did not earn enough Performance Points in the preceding 12 months to maintain your membership status, your status will default to “Active.” You will continue to receive all the benefits for Active Pall Preferred members.
Your online Member Status Card (located above right) shows your current membership status (Active, Silver or Gold).
Any member who is inactive for a period of 18 months will lose their membership in Pall Preferred. “Inactive” is defined as not logging on to the site. (You may register again at any time.) Inactive member data will be removed from our database within 36 months of last activity.
