- Comprehensive system and process audit to identify process status, effectiveness, issues, and known impacts
- Assess system component status with repair/replace/ upgrade recommendations
- Define opportunities for process adjustment and protocol improvement
- Collection, analysis and interpretation of process data

- Effective system start-up of new, rebuilt, or relocated Pall systems

All normally scheduled, non-emergency service events will be charged at the regular PTS service rate.
All emergency offsite service support via phone or email or onsite service work will be provided by PTS at a premium rate.
