Planned Maintenance

Deliverables

  • Regular (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual) onsite interaction with PTS service professionals
  • Inspection and check-up to evaluate system components including filter elements, membrane modules, control instrumentation, electro-mechanical functions, pumps, valves, seals, sealing surfaces, and shafts
  • Replace system components as needed
  • Address irregularities, noises, vibrations leaks
  • Re-establish reference for clean flow conditions
  • Support process and program adjustments
  • Evaluate operation, filtration, and cleaning cycles
  • Adjust hardware/software as required
  • Technical report
  • Process appraisal and support components can be added to contract upon request
