Thank you for submitting your Incident / Enhancement Request.  By seeing this page you have successfully submitted the request into Zoho.  Please note that it can take up to 4 hours before you see your request in the Zoho Request Status report ( link below ).


Your request will be assigned to a team member shortly.  If this is an enhancement request, it will be prioritized and the assigned team member will contact your if any further information is required.

 

To check the status of incidents / enhancements that you have raised, you can use the link below to 'View Previous Request Status'.  Upon entering this screen you can select your name or email address from the Reporter list in the top right.  You have to option to scroll through or you can also filter out the names using the search.
