Meet Your Sterile Venting Requirements Using Next Generation Hydrophobic/Oleophobic Versapor®

Explore the Versapor Membranes

The new hydrophobic and oleophobic Versapor grades have been validated for physical integrity and the ability to reduce the risk of bacterial and/or particulate contamination, while demonstrating consistent performance over a broad range of operating conditions and sterilization methods, as well as meeting or exceeding typical industry requirements.

These materials are manufactured in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and utilize three materials of construction: Polyarylsulfone membrane, non-woven polyester support, and a proprietary post-treatment that renders the finished membrane hydrophobic and oleophobic. The Pall facility where these membranes are manufactured meets the requirements for ISO-9001 and ISO-14001.
