- If your request was approved as self-service; you’ll receive an email from our team with information and existing standard work available for you to execute your request on your own.
- If your request was denied; you’ll receive explanation on why self-service or CMO support cannot be provided at this time. (Please note that with all rejected requests, we will hold and consider requests for the following year marketing planning.)
