Pall Advanta™ ALI Series Sanitary Filter Housing

Pall Advanta ALI series sanitary inline housings are optimized for pharmaceutical, biotech, biological, food and beverage process filtration applications. These housings hold one singleopen-ended (SOE) AB sanitary style code-7 filter cartridge. Benefits of this housing are:

• Low Hold-Up Volume – maximizes product recovery.
• Easy-draining features, including downward sloping internal contour and low-point drain – allow easy removal of product, CIP solution, and steam condensate.
• Automated orbital welding – produces consistent high-quality welds.
• Non-rotating vent and drain – prevent twisted hoses and allow hard piping.
• Quick connect/disconnect vent coupling - enables easy hook-up to a Palltronic® filter integrity test system.

Housing: 316L stainless steel
O-ring: Silicone manufactured from material listed in Title 21 of the United States Code of Federal Regulations (other elastomers available†)

Surface Finishes
Interior polished to 16 µin (0.4 µm) Ra.
Exterior polished to 32 µin (0.8 µm) Ra.
Interior and exterior electropolished.

Vent: valve with non-rotating quick connect/disconnect or 3/8″ (10mm) hosetail; fractional sanitary flange (no valve)
