From leading digital transformation initiatives to enhancing the customer experience, Shradha Jaiswal has built a career focused on connecting people, processes and technology to create meaningful business impact. Based in Pune, India, Shradha serves as Manager, Customer Experience & Integrations and works closely with global teams to improve digital experiences for customers across Pall.
We spoke with Shradha about her career journey, the leaders who have influenced her growth and the culture that continues to motivate her at Pall.
What attracted you to Pall?
I joined Pall in June 2021 because I saw an opportunity to be part of a global organization that values innovation, collaboration and customer focus. The chance to work on initiatives that combine technology, business and customer experience was particularly appealing to me.
Can you walk us through your career journey at Pall?
I joined Pall as a CRM Project Manager, supporting our digital transformation efforts. Following Pall's transition in 2022, my responsibilities expanded to include PMO governance, quality assurance, release management and customer integration solutions.
As the Digital Operations organization evolved, I took on leadership of the Customer Experience function. Today, I lead Customer Experience & Integrations and serve as the India representative for the Central Marketing Organization. My journey has been defined by continuous learning, expanding responsibilities and opportunities to contribute across digital operations, customer experience and business transformation.
Beyond my core role, I'm also proud to serve on the Danaher Women+Friends India ARG Steering Committee, where I lead communications and support initiatives that promote connection, professional development and inclusion.
What opportunities have had the biggest impact on your growth?
Pall has a strong culture of investing in associate development through learning opportunities, leadership programs and expanded responsibilities.
I've particularly valued the visibility provided by town halls and leadership updates, which help connect our work to the company's broader strategy. Leadership development programs have strengthened my management and communication skills, while Dale Carnegie training through our ARG network helped build my confidence, influence and leadership approach.
What's one accomplishment you're especially proud of?
Leading and participating in Kaizen events stands out as one of the most rewarding experiences of my career at Pall.
These initiatives brought cross-functional teams together to solve challenges and drive meaningful improvements. More importantly, they demonstrated the power of collaboration, customer focus and continuous improvement. Seeing ideas translate into measurable business impact has been incredibly fulfilling.
What has surprised you most about Pall's culture?
What stands out most is the organization's deep commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Concepts like Kaizen and Gemba are more than methodologies at Pall. They influence how we approach problem-solving, decision-making and delivering value to customers every day.
How would you describe the culture at the Pune site?
The Pune site has a warm, inclusive and highly supportive culture. People are approachable, collaborative and genuinely invested in helping one another succeed.
There's a strong sense of connection and belonging that makes it a great place to learn, grow and build meaningful relationships.
What motivates you to continue growing your career at Pall?
