The new Pall Laboratory NAB Nanosep centrifugal device provides high binding of nucleic acids due to its innovative double layer glass fiber membrane. Higher yields generate enough sample for multiple downstream applications, thus saving time and money by eliminating the need to process additional samples. The NAB Nanosep device can recover from 10,000 down to 50 base pairs allowing researchers to analyze the widest range of nucleic acid fragments in a single spin device.
The Pall AcroPrep Advance 96-well long tip filter plate and the Nanosep centrifugal device for nucleic acid binding (NAB) incorporate a silica-based quartz glass fiber media to allow for efficient binding of DNA and RNA, while providing smooth flow and rapid processing of samples. This media offers researchers the flexibility to purify plasmid DNA, genomic DNA or total RNA from a variety of starting materials. Pall Laboratories nucleic acid binding products provide flexibility in applications, reduced risk of cross contamination and smooth flow for sample processing.
