Nexis A filter cartridges are ideal for use in rigorous food and beverage clarification processes. Pall’s proprietary CoLD
™ (Co-Located Large Diameter) fiber technology gives the Nexis A filters internal support combined with high dirt holding capacity.
The Nexis A filter cartridges provide a removal efficiency of >99.9% with consistent filtration performance. Continuous graded and fixed pores provide pre-and fine filtration within the same cartridge resulting in lower overall filtration and disposal cost.
These cartridges are an ideal choice for food and beverage processes needing high-performance filtration at an economical price.

Compatible fluids are defined as those which do not swell, soften or attack any of the filter components
Sterilization and Sanitization
- Single open end (SOE) cartridges may be autoclaved for 30 minutes at 121 °C (250 °F) under no end load conditions. Cartridges should be cooled to system operating temperatures
prior to use.
- Steam sterilization is not recommended.
Liquid Removal Rating (μm)
Nexis A filter cartridge retention ratings are based on Pall’s Dynamic Efficiency test protocol. This single pass, destructive challenge test is based on ASTM F-795 test procedures. Fine test dust is used as the test contaminant.
Flow Rates
For clean water at ambient temperature for liquids of viscosity other than 1cP multiply the ¢P by the viscosity in cP.
Quality
- Cartridges produced in a controlled environment
- Manufactured according to ISO 9001:2008 certified
