High Temperature Fluid Filtration for Food and Ingredients
|For fluids requiring cartridge filtration at relatively high temperatures of over 82 ºC (180 ºF) we recommend non polymeric materials, such as metal or cotton string-wound filters in a wide range of removal ratings. Additionally, sheet-based products are available for fluids with higher suspended solids loads.
For crossflow filtration applications, polymeric solutions give way to ceramic membrane solutions at higher temperatures.
ProductsDFT Classic® Series Filter Cartridges
Graded pore structure for efficient removal of a wide range of particle sizes.
Membralox® Ceramic Membranes and Modules
High compactness of the multichannel membrane combined with high permeability allows the treatment of large volumes with high throughput.
Rigimesh® Sintered Metal Mesh Filter Cartridges
Sintered metal mesh filter cartridges constructed from fine-woven stainless steel wire mesh, sintered at each wire contact point.
SUPRAdisc II modules offer increased capacity, reliability, handling advantages, and robustness as compared with classic stacked disc modules. Important cost savings are realized with these next generation modules due to their unique design advantages.
