Our customer needed a solution to:

 

  • Remove dissolved water and gases from the dielectric oil
  • Prevent solid and liquid contamination during the filling process 
  • Ensure consistent electrolyte quality at the point of use

The goal was to optimize the electrolyte filling process to meet stringent quality standards and reduce the risk of thermal instability, which can lead to battery degradation or failure.

We designed a customized cleaning and filling system that integrated:

 

  • HNP006 Purifier: Removes up to 90% of dissolved water and gases using vacuum dehydration technology.
  • WS12 In-line Water Sensor: Provides continuous, real-time monitoring of water content in the dielectric oil.
  • ß3µm(c)>2,000 Antistatic Filter Medium: Ensures rapid and efficient removal of solid contaminants while preventing electrostatic discharge.

 

This system was engineered to validate and control the entire electrolyte filling process, ensuring the dielectric oil met the required cleanliness specifications before battery sealing.
